MicroTrax's permanent Lost & Found labels direct Good Samaritans who find your lost items to MicroTrax Customer Service, initiating the recovery process. The security labels also act as visual theft deterrents by showing that your item has been registered and marked with MicroDots.

LAYER 2: MICROTRAX’S PATENTED MICRODOTS

MicroTrax’s security labels contain a unique ID number that is also found on the hundreds of submilllimeter MicroDots that you adhere to your items. Each MicroDot shows this ID number along with the MicroTrax web address to prove ownership, deter theft, and facilitate recovery. Even if the label is removed, these covert MicroDots stay with your item as a back-up layer of protection.

LAYER 3: MICROTRAX GLOBAL REGISTRATION PROCESS

MicroTrax’s secure online tracking system allows for easy item registration, management, and recovery. We provide you with your own MicroTrax account where you can link your Lost & Found label ID numbers to your specific items. You can also record the make, model, description, and serial number of each item for an added level of protection.
