Once you receive your kit and apply your labels, our streamlined process helps you create a MicroTrax account on our website. If you need help with this, our customer service representative will gladly register your items for you. Your information will be secure on our online database and will designate you as the rightful owner of your products.

REPORT LOST ITEM

We make it easy for you to report a lost item.  Just log in to your account and update your item’s status as lost, or call one of our customer service managers and we will update the information for you.

REPORT FOUND ITEM

When someone finds an item, MicroTrax makes it easy and rewarding to return it to its owner. Finders simply report the found item on our website or by calling our toll free number 24 hours a day.

FACILITATE ASSET RETURN

Once an item has been reported, our customer service agents find the most immediate way of returning it. We facilitate the fastest recovery process possible either by shipping or, when requested, by setting up a face-to-face meeting. Both the owner’s and finder’s information is always kept confidential unless a face-to-face meeting is requested and approved by both parties.
